I would first try installing 58 if you are missing that. Everything i read says to used wad loaders and whatnot to get back up and running the systemmenu, but homebrew channel doesn't work either from preloader menu. Do you already have an account?

You should now be in the trucha bug restorer portion of DOP-Mii. Note that it will install the clean versions of the IOS'es, and are meant for retail games.
